Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Pincher Creek, Pincher Creek

The hotel was a bit difficult to navigate initially, like a maze of hallways, but once inside the room, it was very nice and clean. The service was efficient and pleasant, although our short stay limited full exploration. The location was perfectly situated for our Waterton National Park adventures, offering good value compared to nearby options. The dining options were mediocre, with basic choices and some homemade desserts. Overall, a mixed experience with highlights in cleanliness, service efficiency, and convenient location for touring the park.

The hotel is conveniently located in Pincher Creek town, offering easy access to fishing and Waterton. The rooms, while not appearing as modern as advertised, provide a comfortable sitting area with a kitchenette and ample space for a group of three. The service, although friendly, lacked proactive assistance in addressing issues like shower tap and drain problems. The location, with dark and long corridors, has the convenience of being in Cowboy country but lacks an elevator, making it challenging for guests with heavy gear. The dining experience, albeit with some queuing issues, was satisfactory with a variety of options available. The facilities are basic but functional.

The hotel has a good breakfast and friendly service but initial room conditions were not ideal. The pool and hot tub were a big plus despite some cleanliness issues.
